You both, and your staff were so helpful and there was never any pressure or awkward feeling about any of this process. We just purchased a 2019 Crownline 285ss from Shy Beaver Boat Center, this is the 4th Crownline boat we've owned , so you could say we are happy with Crownline boats. We have purchased accessories from Shy Beaver in the past but this was our first experience buying a boat from them. We must say we were 100% satisfied with this experience, First of all Joe , the owner was our salesman, he was very polite and did not try to pressure us in anyway. We really appreciated the way Joe listened to our wants, he paid very close attention to details, he made sure the boat we ordered had everything that we wanted. We live an hour and forty five minutes away and they worked with our time schedule, the process was very smooth and efficient. We were introduced to the friendly staff and treated as if we were long time customers. The entire experience couldn't have gone better, they even put the lettering on our boat for us, all we needed to do was pick up the boat and head to the lake. We look forward to a long relationship with Shy Beaver Boat Center and would highly recommend it to any one looking for a boat or accessories, we feel like we were treated honestly and fairly. The workmanship has also been great, i would highly recommend them over the other boat companies in the area who did not care about what kind of service they extended to me.

I would like to say that this is by far the best place to purchase and get your boat serviced in the area. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I have had service work done there and they always keep you informed on the progress. I would especially like to thank Dan in the service dept. he is great. First we would like to thank Wayne and Joe for the great customer care and service that was given to us on our purchase. This was the best experience we have ever had when purchasing anything we have and there is no reason to go anywhere but this dealership first, you will not need to go elsewhere. After having other shops try and diagnose an issue with my 1988 Mercruiser 4.3, and overcharge, I finally decided to take it to a reputable dealer/service center. They actually listened to what I had to say and fixed it right the first time. I wont go anywhere else now. Nevan was the tech. Great job at a quick diagnosis, and thanks for listening and taking seriously what the customer had to say!
